Ray Liotta is the latest addition to the cast of the independent drama Things Fall Apart. He joins up alongside Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Lynn Whitfield, Mike P, Steve Eastin and Mario Van Peebles, the director of the film. The feature was written by Brian Miller and Jackson. The film centers around a star football running back (Jackson) who faces a personal tragedy as well as his own mortality while in his senior year in college.

Liotta is portraying the doctor in the pic, which already began principal photography in Michigan (Variety). Producing the film is Randal Emmett and Jackson under Cheetah Vision Films. Things Fall Apart is set for release sometime in 2011. Liotta can be seen on the Tim Allen starring picture Crazy on the Outside, on DVD in your local retail stores everywhere.

Although I am a reporter, I use Adobe Photoshop some what religiously. The poster for the upcoming Tim Allen directed comedy Crazy on the Outside stands out like a sore thumb in the worst way. Anyways, this film comes out January 8th, 2010, so good for them. What I meant to say is check out the poster from Coming Soon:
