Killer Film was present for the launch of FullMoonHorror.com at Meltdown Comics in Hollywood, California. It was a huge gathering of Full Moon alumni as Charles Band and his Full Moon Pictures empire introduced a new website that is a bit of viral marketing genius. Getting to rub my shoulders with the stars and downing a few drinks is an awesome way to spend a Friday night on the town. These are exciting times for Full Moon horror fans!

Hollywood, CA, October 21, 2011 – Tommy Chong (“Evil Bong,” “Cheech and Chong”) and Gary Busey (“Gingerdead Man,” “Lethal Weapon” and “The Buddy Holly Story”), join the cavalcade of stars from the legendary Producer/Director Charles Band’s Full Moon Pictures as they walk the red carpet tonight from 6-9:00 p.m. at Meltdown Comics, 7518 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood for the blowout ‘Halloween-style’ wild and crazy launch party of Band’s new interactive entertainment film site, FullMoonHorror.com. The site becomes “live” tonight at 7:00pm PT/10 pm ET.

“We have stars and guests dressing up as their favorite Full Moon characters – killer cookies, evil bongs and sexy, murderous vixens,” says Charles Band, founder of Full Moon Pictures and producer/director of over 300 films including the popular “Puppet Master,” “Ghoulies,” and “Subspecies” franchises. “Inside Meltdown Comics we’ve set up a party backdrop to rival any horror film set. What better way to launch our new interactive film site than with a blow-out Halloween party?”
