Angelica Lee (The Eye) plays Chi Ching, a girl who has it all. She’s got the handsome husband (who’s a doctor too), money, nice house, nice car ‘ you name it. Actress Kar Yan Lam plays Suen Ling, a chick who ain’t got a pot to piss in and struggles through an everyday life that seems to kick her ass as much as it can . What could bring these two totally opposite chicks together ‘ well remember that great husband of Chi’s? He’s been banging Suen on the side and now she wants him all to herself. She’s pissed that his wife is attractive, has money and has him while she gets treated like a sex buddy and is poor as dirt and about to get booted out of med school. But wait, there’s more. Meanwhile a crazy maniac has been going around cutting out peoples’ organs. But what does that have to do with anything ‘ well watch the damn movie!

Ever since I saw The Pang Brothers film ‘THE EYE’, I have fallen in love with Angelica Lee. She’s hot and she’s a damn good actress. Anyway that is what drew me to this movie and I totally dug it. Not your average horror movie, more like a suspense film dealing with the relationship of three individuals during a time when there is a crazy maniac running around the streets slicing people open. Which reminds me of this scene in the beginning of the film where a drunk Chi Ching stumbles into a room to find a naked (and super hot by the way) chick on the floor crawling about all bloody and reaching up and clawing at Chi for help.

The movie is well shot with some good memorable scenes, and the director does a good job of visually handling the sense of tension for the duration of the film. As far as the acting goes Lee can do no wrong in my book and, actress Kar Yan Lam who did a hell of a job playing a mad, psycho bad ass chick. I recommend this movie for those how enjoy films like FATAL ATTRACTION or BASIC INSTINCT. A sexy, fast paced, whirlwind of emotions and obsession.
