X-Men: First Class gets Bacon

Deadline is reporting that Kevin Bacon is in talks for a villainous role in Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming X-Men: First Class. No word on who, though. The film is gearing up for a June 3rd, 2011 release.

Lots of interesting bad guys in the rogues gallery of the X-Men. Thoughts?

    I think (hope) it’s Sinister. It could be a good way to introduce the character, then have him return in X4 with Apocalypse.

    I’m more concerned about how the film will turn out at this point. I want to be able to walk out of an X-men film and say “that was awesome” again.
