Woody Allen grabs Cotillard

Marion Cotillard is the latest to be snatched for the untitled Woody Allen project as the lead. She’ll play the “Muse” and star opposite Owen Wilson in that untitled film he’s shooting this summer in Paris, reports Deadline Hollywood. The comedy already is rumored to have Carla Burni on board for the feature.

Woody Allen is in the middle of post-production on the romantic tale You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger which includes Freida Pinto, Naomi Watts, Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas and many others. No word yet on when the Mediapro and Gravier Productions picture will be making its way over here to the States.

Cotillard wrapped up her role in the latest Christopher Nolan directed feature Inception which is poised to come out on July 16th. She’s attached to a couple of more films which include Contagion and Second Coming.
