Will My Bloody Valentine sequel have 2 killers??

With the recent success of the My Bloody Valentine remake, a sequel has been on the books for quite some time now, but with no real scoop as to what the film will entail.  Until now.  The guys over at Arrow in the Head got their hands on a scoop that upon commencement of a My Bloody Valentine sequel a possible 2nd killer may be in the line to terrorize the mining city.  According to an interview with the films director Patrick Lussier :  “The sequel that we wanted to do is a stronger story than the original. Even though you know who the killer is, it has twists and turns that you don’t expect, even knowing who the killer is. There is a whole, kind of, getting into his mythology of how he became what he became. And then using that, you discover that… there are things that are eluded to in the first one that you don’t have all the answers for.  Lussier goes on to say:  “In the sequel, you might see more than one.”

Whether or not a sequel would be as big a success as the remake, we can be glad that with what Lussier is trying to do will fix the films many plot holes and not leave viewers scratching thier heads as to its plausability.
