West Point announces their picks for best movie character

While this award is pretty new to me personally I thought it would be interesting to share this news with  you all.  The cadets over at the West Point military academy have announced their picks for their favorite movie characters which they believe best reflects their leadership values.  This years winners are:

John Hancock  for Hancock

Harvey Milk for Milk

Bruce Wayne for The Dark Knight

James Bond for Quantum of Solace

Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg for Valkyrie

Dr. Henry “Indiana” Jones, Jr for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Each year the 4.400 students from West Point vote on their favorite movie characters with the winners in mid  February.  Once the winners are announced the academy then invites the respective films stars,producers, and directors over the academy for a formal ceremony.
