Wes Craven twitters a gruesome photo from the set of Scre4m

Via his Twitter account, director Wes Craven uploaded a bloody cool photo from the set of Scream 4. Early word is this is a prop from the ‘Stab-a-thon’ party. It looks like a mock-up of Drew Barrymore’s killing from the original where she is hanging from a tree with her entrails hanging out.
