We can see Mel Gibson’s Beaver!

In her latest directorial effort since the wonderful 1995 family drama Home For The Holidays, Jodie Foster returns to direct Mel Gibson in The Beaver.  The film stars Gibson in the dark comedy as a disassociated man who wears a beaver puppet on his hand, yet treats it as a living thing.

I am a self aware film freak, and though many people believe it to border on fanaticism, I have always had a desire to be somehow connected to film. I have a very strong affection for horror films of all kinds, though judging from my film library many consider me to be a bit schizophrenic in my choices. For years now I have been the sole film critic for those around me as my head is basically an encyclopedia of film knowledge. I can always use examples from movies to answer questions or to solve problems that my friends may have.
