WB snatches up Zombieland’s director Inception-like film

Ruben Fleischer, Zombieland‘s director, and Dune screenwriter Josh Zetumer pitched a film idea to WB that was greatly inspired by Inception, according to THR. The film will be star driven, yet not entirely sci-fi heavy, “You can’t put it in a box,” a WB insider leaked. And really that’s it on the secret project. Sure, Inception made bank and was or is going to be influential, but it was as original as original gets in modern Hollywood.
