Watchmen midnight screenings bring big numbers!!

With last nights numerous midnight screenings now over with, and Watchmen officially open in all theatres it seems the film is already off to a glorious start.  Last nights midnight shows earned an estimated 4.6 million dollars, which is pretty incredible considering it being a 2 hour and 41 minute film.  300 previously made 2.5 million in it’s midnight opening. 

With no less than 3 hit films under his belt it’s safe to say Zack Snyder is now a bankable director, who can now choose his own projects.
