Washington looking tough in Book of Eli poster

Denzel Washington is ready to beat up a lot of guys upside the head as always in the new poster from Coming Soon for The Book of Eli. The story is a post-apocalyptic tale, in which a lone man fights his way across America in order to protect a sacred book that holds the secrets to saving humankind. The film, directed by Albert and Allen Hughes, will be released in theaters on January 15th, 2010 which is really starting to shape up to look like an awesome weekend. Here’s the poster below.:
