thor-warriors-three-fandralDespite what was recently reported in the rumor mill with who would be in the Warriors Three for the new Thor movie, Variety reports that actors Ray Stevenson, Stuart Townsend and Tadanobu Asano will fill those shoes. Previously there were tons of rumors that went around October and November about Jude Law, Robert De Niro and Dominic Cooper all taking the respective roles of what is better known as Thor’s sidekicks. Finally it looks like the initial casting phase for this Marvel Studios comic book adaptation is over and done with, and just in time.

The Kenneth Branagh directed feature will start filming this January of 2010, giving us plenty of time to lick our lips with anticipation over what footage will end up being shown at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con. Thor stars Chris Hemsworth as the Norse god of sorts along with actors Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Jaimie Alexander and many more. The film is scheduled to be released on May 20, 2011.

    Finally done!
With Branagh at the helm, this should feel some what Shakespearian and rooted in its proper Norse Mythology, while keeping the fans happy. I just wanna pic of Asgard
