Two more of Fast & Furious?

Vin Diesel let the cat out of the bag as he announced on his Facebook page that there is possibly going to be two more films that he’s attached to in The Fast & the Furious series. Here’s what the actor had to say on the topic (Cinema Blend).:

“If 2009′s ‘Fast and Furious’ was chapter one, what writer Chris Morgan just delivered is Chapter 2 and chapter 3.”

“I have never been submitted a two story saga from a studio before… it is very exciting, and shows a commitment level that is hard not to respond to.”

“Excited about the sexy locations the filming of this saga would take us… this novel like story, that has twists and unexpected turns that is authentic, truthful and challenging to the characters.”

What exactly does that mean? Well, it looks like there’ll be more films centering around Diesel’s character in the Fast & Furious universe that nobody has really asked for. Anybody excited for this at all? Fast & Furious, the fourth film in the franchise of sorts made $343 Million worldwide, so it’s very plausible that there’s even more along the way.
