Transformers 3 logo and behind-the-scenes video
Entertainment Tonight had a recently aired promo for the third Transformers film, oddly called Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon and here’s the logo to prove it (via /Film):

Look for the film on July 1st, 2011 from Paramount.

I’m indifferent on the title. I just hope it’s not alluding to Unicron appearing in the film.
