Trailer comes up for The Donner Party
What better way to warm yourself up on those cold winter nights than watching lovely acts of cannibalism. Of course I’m referring to First Look Studios’ newest direct-to-DVD feature entitled The Donner Party. For those of you unfamiliar with the plot, it’s based on the real events of The Donner Party tragedy. The Donner Party was a group of California-bound American settlers caught up in the western expansion of the 1840s. After becoming snowbound in the Sierra Nevada during the winter of 1846-1847, a number of the trapped settlers joined together in a final effort to reach California and organize a rescue party.
The feature is written and directed by T.J. Martin with Crispin Glover starring. The Donner Party comes out on January 26th in retail stores. Check out the trailer below from JoBlo.:
