To the Devil…a Poster

Scream popularized the “floating head” style of poster that we still see polluting theaters to this day, but back in the 70′s and 80′s it was all about art and the wondefrul imagery a painter could come up with using their imagination. Magnolia Pictures released the official poster for Ti West’s upcoming new genre pic House of the Devil and it’s a doozy.

In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.

House of the Devil will debut on VOD October 1, though I suggest you give original horror support in the aisles by checking it out October 30 at your local cineplex.
