The Taking of Pelham 123 trailer

Tony Scott’s upcoming film The Taking of Pelham 123 finally has it’s first official trailer, and it is surprisingly not that bad for a Tony Scott film!  The film stars Denzel Washington and John Travolta in this updated film of the classic Walter Mathau starrer from 1974 which was directed by Joe Sargent.

The Taking of Pelham 123 refers to the subway cart that is hijacked by Travolta’s character, and is directed by Tony Scott with a screenplay by Brian Helgeland, whose previous credits include his Oscar win for L.A confidential and nomination for Mystic River.

You can view the trailer to Pelham HERE which arrives in theatres this June 12th.
