The Green Zone no longer in Oscar race

The upcoming Paul Greengrass film, that was one of the possible top picks for this year’s coming Oscar race, has just been kicked out of the race entirely. The Green Zone has just been moved to March of 2010, which is out of this year’s qualifying entry dates, and in a horrible spot for the following year’s Oscar races as well.  The Green Zone was adapted  by Oscar nominee Brian Helgeland from the novel The Imperial Life in The Emerald City and stars Matt Damon.
