The Black Panther animated series gets a teaser trailer

The Marvel Comics superhero, who first appeared in Fantastic Four #52 in 1967 from the great Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, is getting an animated shot in Black Panther: Who is the Black Panther?, which is a 12-part motion comic thing that arrives on iTunes, XBOX Live, Zune, and PS3 Network on June 23rd. The character, in case you’re unaware, is the ceremonial title given to the chief of the Panther Tribe of the advanced African nation of Wakanda. T’ Challa will be voiced by Djimon Hounsou from Blood Diamond and will follow his quest to stop the mystery KLAW.
