Tatum becomes part of the Cheaters

Channing Tatum joins up on Ron Howard’s Cheaters feature, being the newest addition to a cast that already includes Queen Latifah, Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, Winona Ryder and Jennifer Connelly. Brian Grazer will be producing under Imagine Entertainment and Vince Vaughn under Wild West Picture Show Productions.

The script, by Allan Loeb, centers on a man (Vaughn) who discovers that his best friend’s wife (Ryder) is cheating and finds himself in a moral dilemma of whether he should tell the guy. Tatum would play Ryder’s tattooed and pierced lover (THR). Principal photography is beginning next month in Chicago with a January 14th, 2011 release date set.

Tatum will be appearing on the big screen this September 24th in the Kevin Macdonald feature The Eagle of the Ninth and is in the middle of filming his role in Son of No One with Robert De Niro.
