Susco ready to Hack/Slash

Submitted by Melissa Molina on November 16, 2009 – 11:28 amNo Comment

/Film reports that The Grudge writer Stephen Susco is signed on to pen the comic book adaptation of the Devil’s Due Publishing comic Hack/Slash. Along with that, directing the pic is Fredrik Bond despite the previous reports on other sites that Todd Lincoln was originally attached to helm it. No word yet on who will be playing the role of the fearless and sexy Cassie who takes down slashers, though rumor has it that actress Megan Fox could be eyeballing the role.

Hack/Slash is centered on the horror victim Cassie who makes it her job to fight monsters, better known as ‘slashers’. Rogue Pictures has their hand on the distribution of this comic book adaptation that’s slated to start production sometime in 2010.
