Step Up 4Ever announced for 2012
Summit Entertainment will once again step up for another installment in the successful dance series. According to Coming Soon, Summit Entertainment “looks forward to doing it again in 2012 with ‘Step Up 4Ever’ in 3D.”It’s unknown if Jon Chu, who directed the previous two films, will be returning once again.
No official date has been announced, but it’s likely the studio aim for a release in the Fall. That way it won’t be over-shadowed by films like The Dark Knight Rises, The Avengers, or the many other big-budget films set for release that year.

I actually enjoy these films to a certain degree. The acting and stories are bad, but the dance moves are impressive. Still haven’t seen the third though.

The third had the best dancing in the series and was really, really impressive in 3D.
