Stellar Stellan cast in Dragon Tattoo
David Fincher’s American version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the mega-popular book series from Swedish author Stieg Larsson, has added Stellan Skarsgard as Martin Vagner in the film. The film also has Daniel Craig, yet no casting announcement for Lisbeth, the title, um, girl. “I have met Fincher, I want to work with him, he wants to work with me. I have had a concrete offer and now we are in negotiations,” says Skarsgard.
The film is set to open December 2012. The Swedish film is currently on Blu-ray/DVD now, with the other two films currently hitting art house screens from now to late Fall.
