Stan Lee finally in Thor

One of the masters of Marvel, Stan Lee, is somebody who has made it a regular habit of his to appear in every said Marvel movie known to recent date. The only problem was that several times the “Excelsior!” shouter was asked about his upcoming cameo in Thor, he never had one to really report. Now the wave of craziness has washed away as Stan “The Man” Lee has announced through several Twitter messages that he will be in the upcoming Kenneth Branagh directed movie after all. Hey, I got an email from the multu-talented director of Thor, Kenneth Branagh. Not enough space left to tell what he said– stay tuned–

I went easy on Ken Branagh when we discussed my role in Thor. Told him I wouldn’t insist on my name above the title, I think he was grateful

Yeah, I mentioned Ken Banagh a few times, but I warned you I was a name driopper. Seriously tho’, with him directing, Thor’s a sure winner

Thor is currently going through it’s last leg of casting with a set start date for filming in mid January of 2010. The Norse god filled fantasy will bolt into theaters on May 20th, 2011.
