Six lend their voices to the Living Dead

Night of the Living Dead: Origins found itself some more of the living to add onto the voice cast. Bill Moseley, Danielle Harris, Alona Tal, Jesse Corti, Cornell Womack and Joe Pilato are all part of the re-imagining animated feature of the classic Night of the Living Dead. Here’s more on who a few of the actors will be playing in this version of the horror tale from THR:

Night-of-the-Living-Dead-OriginsCorti (“Heroes”) is voicing a news reporter, and Harris (“Halloween II”) plays a woman who held her family together forced to come to grips with its absence.

Moseley (“Carnivale”) is reprising the role he portrayed in a 1990 live-action remake “Living Dead”: a Wall Street-type with an expense account attitude.

Pilato, who appeared in 1978′s “Dawn of the Dead,” is voicing Harry Cooper, a blue-collar worker who lives for his injured daughter, and Tal (“Supernatural”) voices his wife, Helen, who blames her husband for all the ills of the world.

Womack (“Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen”) is a no-nonsense New York cop.

Zebediah DeSoto will be helming the picture, this being the first animated feature that he’ll be tackling. Producing the flick will be Simon West and Jib Polhemus under Simon West Productions.

I've been in love with film ever since I was a kid. The time, effort and passion that runs through a majority most film is something that's always attracted me to this field. What ended up happening with my big appetite for all things going on in the industry turned from random blurbs on Facebook to an unexpected but fun job. College student by day, movie news writer by early morning...or any time in the day and night when more news arrives. Working towards my bachelor's degree in film, what a surprise. I do other things too, like draw, write stories, maintain a social life and feed my pet dragon Lockheed. If you want to know more about me, hunt me down and just ask.
