Scream 4 gets some True Blood

USA Today has released a stunning bit of casting info for Wes Craven’s upcoming third sequel to the popular slasher franchise in Scream 4. Anna Paquin of HBO’s True Blood and Kristen Bell from When in Rome are to appear as cameos in the film, possibly opening pre-title kills.

Look for the film April 15th, 2011.
