Scoop: Tron Legacy director’s next
With Tron Legacy waiting for its December 2010 release, Killer Film’s Jason Bene chatted with the Joseph Kosinski while at Comic-Con. He told Jason that his next film will be a remake for Disney of their 1979 cult sci-fi film, The Black Hole. He said “[they] will take a hard scientific look at the phenomena.”

He has been long attached to the project, as far back as November 2009, but confirms it today. The original Black Hole was noted for being the first Disney film of not having their G-rating, getting the studio’s first PG rating, and was Oscar nominated for Cinematography and Special Effects, although the film didn’t do well at the box office, in the wake of Star Wars.
