Saw VII to be trapped in 3-D

Usually, LGF announces a new Saw film after the release of the latest Saw. It was then a bit shocking to hear about a seventh Saw film, now directed by David Hackl (Saw V). There has been rumors of a 3-D Saw film, but most were under the impression that this October’s Saw VI was to be the last.

Now, that Hackl is back for Saw VII, the writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, hot off the premiere of The Collector, let it out of the bag that Saw VII will be in fact, 3-D.

I, for one, think this is a neat idea, as the traps and gore should look awesome in 3-D.
