Saw VII 3-D casting news

Pre-production is underway for David Hackl’s return to the franchise with Saw VII. Being as such, some early casting news has been updated on the IMDB page for the film, so take this unofficially. Not surprising, is that Tobin Bell (Jigsaw) is back, along with Costas Mandylor (Agent Hoffman), Tendra Howard, and Betsy Russell.

Hackl promises that the traps will take full advantage of the 3-D, as the script is once again being written by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. Look for this installment on October 22nd, 2010, in a heated battle with Paranormal Activity 2 (which is being directed by Saw VI‘s director Kevin Greutert-oh the drama!).
