Rosemary’s Baby remake aborted

Platinum Dunes, while doing some press on the set of their latest remake, Nightmare on Elm Street, stated that the planned remake of Rosemary’s Baby is done. As a strict remake, it will not happen (well, at least not from Platinum Dunes).

Instead, the remake has evolved into an original production called The Sacrifice. Not date or timetable was given, and it seems like right now, Friday the 13th 2 is their next project. We will see. Good news, is for now, this classic film is safe from the remake disease.
