Robert Rodriguez if finally going to f**k with the wrong Mexican

Today, director Robert Rodriguez has announced a start date for his highly anticipated film Machete which was based on the faux trailer, which debuted in front of his Grindhouse film Planet Terror.  Machete is now scheduled for a start date this June in Austin.  Machete will feature Rodriguez regular Danny Trejo in the title role of the angry Mexican vigilante.  Fingers crossed that Cheech Marin will reprise his role from the trailer as the gun wielding priest.
