Reshoots and 3D for Titans?
After the geek-gasms that have ran throughout sectors of the internet due to Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson and others in the awesome trailer for Clash of the Titans, Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures might be gaining a bit more confidence with the more-than-likely success of the upcoming feature. Clash of the Titans star Sam Worthington sits himself down and spills a bit of the plans that the companies have in store for the March released action adventure film from Screen Rant.:
“We’re going to be going back and shooting more scenes for it, they cut loose with some money so we can add to it… We’re going to be shooting more scenes in January, so we’re going to be right up against it — the movie comes out in March.”
“There WERE some creaky parts but they are the parts that we KNEW were creaky and that we knew were going to be creaky GOING into it. The studio is also letting us add some gods and scenes. And they’re talking about making the movie a 3D film.”
It looks like they’re being put under the gun to make sure that these scenes are top notch and filmed fast in order to make time for the March 26th release date. We all seem to be heavily anticipating what looks to be the year of the macho badass men in cinema this year, with Clash of the Titans, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and topping it off with The Expendables.
