Rango teaser trailer released

What is Rango, you might ask? It’s a new animated film from director Gore Verbinski starring Johnny Depp as a chameleon. What’s interesting here, is that the film is not a Pixar, DreamWorks, or Sony animated film, but rather ILM’s first feature. ILM has been delivering CGI to films for more than a decade now, promising to use the technology in an cartoon unlike anything we’ve seen yet.

Rango hits theaters March 4th, 2011.
