One, two, Freddy’s coming real soon!

Brad Fuller’s (Platinum Dunes producer) Twitter profile has been abuzz since the internet rumors that a trailer for the upcoming remake of A Nightmare On Elm Street will be attached to prints of Zombieland – the Woody Harrelson splattertoon that is set for release on October 2. Although Fuller didn’t confirm it, he does give the impression that this is the case. Not word yet on when the preview will hit the web, but as soon as it does, we here at Killer Film will bring it to you. In the meantime, let’s check out the original trailer for the Wes Craven masterpiece!

Synopsis: Platinum Dunes revives the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise with this reworking of slasher film legend Freddy Krueger, a deceased child killer who torments the dreams of the teenagers of Springwood, OH. Jackie Earle Haley picks up the killer’s mantle from series veteran Robert Englund with the reboot from music-video director Samuel Bayer.
