New TV spot for The Last Airbender

M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender is getting quite a load of publicity for many reasons. First, it can all be due to the pure name of Shyamalan, the fact that the Nickelodeon cartoon turned live action feature has such a following and just because it looks like a promising summer movie. Regardless, this television spot appeared during the Winter Olympics a couple of days ago. Now, thanks to Coming Soon, were able to take another sneak peek at the flick.

The story follows the adventures of Aang, a young successor to a long line of Avatars, who must put his childhood ways aside and stop the Fire Nation from enslaving the Water, Earth and Air nations. The feature stars Noah Ringer along with Cliff Curtis, Dev Patel, Jackson Rathbone and Nicola Peltz. The Last Airbender comes out in theaters, from Paramount Pictures, on July 2nd.:
