New Trailer is for a Wimpy Kid

Have you ever been the kid picked on throughout a nice portion of your young life? The kind that has a hard time with sports, is his/her own person but still does not fit in with the rest of the group? Well you can re-live your childhood traumatic experiences with the emergence of the new trailer for the upcoming feature of Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

The story, based on the kid friendly series written by Jeff Kinney, follows Greg (Zachary Gordon), a wise cracking junior high student who gets into all sorts of little adventures while he tries to survive through school. Included in the cast is Chloe Moretz, Steven Zahn, Rachael Harris and Robert Capron.

Directed by Thor Freudenthal, this family friendly feature will jump it’s way into theaters on April 2nd. Check out the official first trailer below from Yahoo! Movies.:
