New Tr2n title and plot summary revealed?

The latest issue from Production Weekly has stated some new information showing a new name for the upcoming Tr2n sequel shown during this years Comic Con panel.  The film is now being touted as TRZ .

I know, I know this is about as godawful as it comes, in regards to titles for the Tron sequel but at least we are getting some form of news now since nothing has come up since the Comic Con panel .  During the panel audiences were shown test footage which showed 2 people in the program that were in mid air given their cycles and began the now famous race from the first film, though with far better graphics and ended with a great scene showing Jeff Bridges back in the film.

The new plot synopsis given from the publication shows;

“After being transported into the surreal landscape of a mainframe computer to destroy an intruder, a programmer finds himself allied with the leader of a rebellion against a corrupt cyber-entity.”

Here’s hoping the title goes back to Tr2n.  Still not the greatest title in the world but worlds away from the horrendous TRZ.
