Neil Marshall begins work on 3D horror film

Neil Marshall who has had previous success with his horror films, as showcased in Dog Soldiers and The Descent, is taking a returning to the genre with his upcoming 3D horror film Burst.    The film tells the story of a group of stranded travelers meet during a blizzard and get stalked by a malevolent force that makes people spontaneously com bust (per variety).  Burst will be distributed through Lionsgate Pictures and Ghosthouse Underground ( The Children) though no expected release date has yet been set.
