Mother’s Day remake cast grows

The remake of the crazy ’80s Troma film, Mother’s Day, is getting more cast members for director Darren Lynn Bousman. Briana Evigan, Jaime King (My Bloody Valentine 3D), and Alexa Vega (Repo! A Genetic Opera, Spy Kids) have joined Deborah Ann Woll for the film.

It’s not all females that are being cast. Look for Shawn Ashmore (X2: X-Men United) to join, all according to Bousman, who loves Twittering these types of news bits.

Expect Mother’s Day sometime next year.
