Morricone gives update on Inglorious Basterds score
Legendary film composer Ennio Morricone has confirmed his acceptance to score the upcoming Quentin Tarantino WWII epic Inglorious Basterds. The news does come with a bit of reluctance on Mr. Morricone’s part stating that since Tarantino so famously announced at last years Cannes film festival that he will have the film ready at next years festival, now he believes he may not have enough time to do the ENTIRE score…
Recently he told variety :
“That doesn’t leave me enough time to do the music. Either I start working on it before he stops shooting — after we discuss it together — or I just can’t do it.”
