Lindsey Lohan has Nightmares on Elm Street

Sorry for cheesy title folks.

Today we learn from JustJared that Lindsey Lohan has actually gone over the script for the upcoming remake, and enjoyed it so much that she contacted the films producers and got a role on the film.

Andrew Fuller the films producer responds: Michael, Bradley and I couldn’t imagine having a better actress for the part and without an audition we cast her.

Seems Lohan beat out the likes of Sophia Bush and Danielle Panabaker for the lead role in the film.

 

 

 

 ****UPDATE**** It appears the folks over at JustJared completely made up the news story along with the quotes.  Andrew Fuller had been contacted and denies even  speaking with the company.
