Lewis lends her voice on Avatar

Submitted by Melissa Molina on November 17, 2009 – 4:52 pmNo Comment

avatar-neytiri1Latino Review reports that British singer Leona Lewis will be lending her voice for the theme song “I See You” to James Cameron’s latest feature Avatar. Apparently this theme song of sorts will be heard solely in the closing credits, but let’s see if this can turn into another mega hit single or not. Then again, slapping a big singer name like this could try to draw in more of an audience, but with the budget that this gargantuan film holds is going to be quite a lot to tackle. Sure, there’s a lot of hype that’s surrounding this film, but will that hype be enough to bring the right amount of audience members into theaters?

Avatar is directed by James Cameron and stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana and Sigourney Weaver. The feature comes out in theaters everywhere on December 18th.
