Lesser known Marvel characters get fifteen minutes

Remember reading on here awhile back about how the lesser known characters in the Marvel universe were going to get their own low budget-like films? Well, that’s all in the past, because now Marvel wants to shrink down their screen time even more. Latino Review reports that instead of doing the feature-length films on said characters they’re going to throw them into individual shorts that will play prior to a big Marvel movie.

So those of you who were hoping that your favorite second-tier character would get a full on film are out of luck at this point. No other word is reported on when this will start, but it would be a pretty safe guess in saying that they could test it with Thor next year.

How do you feel about this sudden decision? Do you think it’s wrong for Marvel to go and not give enough face time to the secondary characters, or is it all good?
