Jonah Hex is reshooting

Submitted by Melissa Molina on December 9, 2009 – 11:04 amNo Comment

Jonah Hex movie image - sliceIt seems that this week is turning into the week of reshooting announcements and unfortunately the western comic book adaptation Jonah Hex is the latest to be on that list. Collider reports that Jonah Hex will be doing reshoots from Jan. 18 to Feb. 1 and they are casting for the new scenes right now. For this particular feature to be polishing up within that long amount of time, you know that Warner Bros Pictures and DC Comics are making sure everything is picture perfect.

Then again, since this is a creation from DC Comics, I’m pretty safe in saying that they want more than just one The Dark Knight and several Iron Man’s to add onto their hopefully big box office revenue with a few of their materials. Jonah Hex is directed by Jimmy Hayward and stars Josh Brolin and Megan Fox. The gun-toting adaptation blasts into theaters on June 18th, 2010.
