Howard goes with Vaughn and Universal

Ron Howard signs on direct on a new yet untitled script under Universal Pictures with Vince Vaughn starring. The story is an exploration of the comedic fallout surrounding infidelity between lovers and friends (Variety). The script was written up by Allan Loeb who’s other work includes Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps and 21. Producing the picture will be Brian Grazer under Imagine Entertainment along with Vince Vaughn under Wild West Picture Show Productions.

The latest films that are spawning out of Imagine Entertainment include the likes of Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood and Young Americans. Vince Vaughn was last seen on the big screen in the romantic comedy Couples Retreat.
