Has Eclipse found its Director?

juanI wasn’t a fan of Twilight and I’m not excited about Eclipse, but that doesn’t stop the stupid amount of news filtering in about the film.  First Drew Barrymore and Paul Weitz were rumored to be in talks to direct the film about sparkling vampires with no teeth (wtf), and now a new name has been thrown into the mix.  That’s right folks, Juan Antonio Bayona, the director of The Orphanage has been added to the growing list of directors that may or may not want to take on a flick about sparkling vampires with no teeth (wtf).  

We’d love to hear what our readers think about this bit o’ news, and feel free to talk about how much you love or hate sparkling vampires with no teeth (it’s just not right….I’m just saying) in our comments section.

    I seriously do not care, although I heard that there will be Werewolves in it, which means that it might end up on my watchlist anyway. Werewolves rule! Let’s hope it doesn’t suck too much. (Get it? A movie with vampires? Sucking? Oh, whatever. I’m not here to tell jokes anyway.)

    I agree, werewolves rule, but this series just doesn’t interest me at all.
