Greene is looking for an Apparition

Submitted by Melissa Molina on November 6, 2009 – 12:41 pmNo Comment

ashleygreeneportraitsessionddwtuhstzkylAshley Greene, better known for her acting in the “Twilight” movies, is in negotiations to star in “The Apparition”. Variety reports that the story, inspired by true events, centers on a young couple haunted by a supernatural presence unleashed during a college experiment. Running along the same vein of “Paranormal Activity” and “The Fourth Kind”, Dark Castle Entertainment possibly is striking while the iron is hot within this sub genre of sorts with horror movies. Joel Silver is producing under Dark Castle and joining along with that is Alex Heineman and Andrew Rona.

This project will be written and directed by Todd Lincoln who is also a producer for this film. Dark Castle Entertainment is currently attached to the upcoming released film “Ninja Assassin” along with new projects such as “Unknown White Male” and “The Losers” which is in the middle of filming. Greene will be seen in the second installment of the “Twilight” series entitled “Twilight Saga: New Moon” as Alice Cullen.
