Get Star Trek V: The Final Frontier a director’s cut!

Over on thedigitalbits, Bill Hunt posted a cool item on a fan-based campaign to get Paramount to allow Shatner to use deleted material and new CG FX to develop a new director’s cut to his Star Trek V. Paramount allowed The Motion Picture‘s director Robert Wise to do the same.

Star Trek V is uninteresting as a film and Star Trek: The Motion Picture benefited from its director’s cut, so come on, Paramount!
