Submitted by Daniel Herrera on March 14, 2009 – 7:40 amNo Comment

Paul Solet’s first official teaser trailer has just been unleashed on the folks over at Fangoria, and the teaser shows why the film caused such a commotion during this years Sundance Film Festival.  The film during its initial screening caused many women and one male to throw up during its screening.   The film tells the story of a young woman played by Jordan Ladd (Death Proof), who during her pregnancy loses the baby but decides to keep the dead child in her till the 9 months comes to pass then deliver the fetus.  Things then turn sour when during the dead child’s birth, it actually comes back to life with one little tiny problem.  It feeds on blood and people.

Check out the first trailer HERE and if you are attending this years SXSW Film Festival be sure to catch the entire film during its midnight screening.
